Acrylic and Ink on Paved Canvas
Original Panting by Casey J. Wullner

Original "Purple Rain" artwork by EnTactus. Starring the artist formerly known as Prince! The reference image was taken directly from his legendary super bowl performance of Purple Rain! this work began with Casey's iconic paving process but with a new and beautiful twist! after coating the canvas but before it dries, Casey very carefully draped a sheet of lace over the canvas and pressed it into to the surface creating a 3 dimensional paved lace pattern on the canvas!

Paved canvas is a technique of prepping the canvas with a special blend of acrylic paint and concrete patch to give it a unique and compelling texture. This technique is unique to Casey's work and has become a signature of the EnTactus brand.

Wired and ready to hang with complete gallery wrapped canvas (meaning the painting continues around all the sides). Unframed to preserve the unique texture of the paved canvas and ensure the entire work is visiable.
